Don’t be misled by the name. They were the only online shop that had the brand-name equipment I was after at a discount. It felt almost too good to be true, but after some digging and reading awesome reviews, I decided to give them a shot. When I called, a real person picked up and delivered outstanding service, getting my gear shipped to the Arctic on the same day!

I've typically shopped for my gear at places like B&H and Amazon, but I needed a new control surface for color grading, and neither had it available. I stumbled upon ProFlix while searching on Google and felt a bit uneasy since I wasn't familiar with them. This company may be small, but they sure are good. I had chats, emails, and phone calls with Mike and Shimon, and both were super helpful. Their service was quick and on point. I reckon they’re a smaller outfit, which lets them be more straightforward in their communication. At first, that caught me off guard, but honestly, it was way better than the usual form letters that don’t say much. I’m glad I chose them. Just to share, I picked up a BMPCC4k, and they’re listed as a reseller on the Blackmagic site.

This place is the real deal, a fantastic online shop. I called to ask about a BMPCC 4K and had a super nice chat with a sales rep. And guess what? I picked up my Black Magic Portable Cinema Camera 4K from this shop. This camera's got a bit of a tricky reputation and is often hard to find in many stores. The staff were friendly and straightforward with the details, and they got my camera to me in no time. The openness and service at places like B&H just can't match the enthusiasm of a dedicated shop like this one.
